is shipping? |
We ship orders via FedEx. These services include
FedEx Express and FedEx Ground.
Also, order more than $69, ship within the continental
United States, and the shipping charges are on US!!
You pay NOTHING! So why not make us pay for
shipping? Doesn't get much simpler than that. Hawaii
and Alaska are excluded from the free shipping offer
to due higher shipping cost associated. Sorry guys....
:-(
Other countries besides the United States are possible
but special arrangements for shipping charges would
need to be made. Please contact us to make arrangements
prior to placing your order. Your order will need
to be handled manually in order to accomadate the
extra shipping and special handling required.

| Who do you ship the
packages with? |
We have chosen to use FedEx. You should receive your
order within 7-10 business days from the time it is
shipped from our location.

Business days are defined
as Monday - Friday during normal weeks. Carriers do
not deliver on certain holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Years, etc...) and those days need to be considered
non-business days. |
| Returns |
| What is the return policy? |
If
for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase from our merchandise section, you may return
your item for full credit of the purchase price. You
must contact us prior to returning any merchandise for
an authorization number. All returns must be made within
14 days from item shipping. Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. The item must be in new condition
and unused (please, no worn or washed shirts).
Please include a
copy of your original invoice. We will issue credit
after inspection of the merchandise. Full refund of
the purchase price will be applied in the same manner
in which original payment was received. Exchanges for
a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing
defect or an order processing error will incur normal
shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.
If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing
defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund
you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately,
we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless
there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake
made in processing your order.

Also, we recommend purchasing insurance for the package.
If the package is lost in transit and we never receive
it, we can not issue refunds. Sorry..

| Where's my stuff? |
Under normal circumstances and conditions, you should
receive your package from us within 7 - 10 business
days after it ships from our location. We do our best
to have everything shipped as quickly as possible
so that you have the best experience a business can
provide. An email will be sent from our shipping department
when the order is ready to leave or has left our shipping
dock. An email will also be sent from either FedEx
or Stamps.com to advise which carrier will be bringing
the items and the tracking number.
Holidays pose a particular challenge for everyone.
From personal to business shipping, we are all dependent
on the carriers to handle the increased volumes. We
will continue to get your order into the carrier's
hands with our usual due diligence but how fast the
carrier gets the package to you is out of our control.
Our experience has been that 99% of the packages are
delivered within normal carrier-quoted delivery times.

| Is everything in stock all
the time? |
We make every attempt to keep all of our products
in stock at all times. However, like the drink machine
at the end of the hall, we do run out of products
sometimes (this is the exception, not the rule). When
this happens, an email will be sent to you advising
of the delay and the estimated ship date. We will
then start beating on the doors of our suppliers to
get the back-ordered items to us as quickly as possible.
Our guarantee to you is that we will do whatever
it takes to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
